1 UNCOOKED PIE CRUST (STORE BOUGHT OR PREPARED)
1 POUND LEAN GROUND BEEF
1 ONION CHOPPED
12 OUNCES RAW BACON CHOPPED
1/3 CUP PANKO BREAD CRUMBS
1 TEASPOON YELLOW MUSTARD
3 TABLESPOONS KETCHUP
2 TEASPOONS OF WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1/2 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
2 CUPS CHEDDAR CHEESE, SHREDDED
1 EGG WELL BEATEN
1/2 CUP MILK

1. PRE HEAT OVEN T 400 DEGREES
2. IN SKILLET COOK THE GROUND BEEF, AND ONION UNTIL NO PINK
REMAINS.
REMOVE TO BOWL AND COVER.
3. IN SAME SKILLET COOKED CHOPPED BACON TO DESIRED DONENESS
4. DRAIN GREASE REMOVE FROM STOVE TOP AND ADD BREAD CUMBS,
MUSTARD, KETCHUP, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, SALT AND PEPPER. ADD
THE BEEF MIXTURE AND BACON TOGETHER PLACE EVERYTHING IN PIE
CRUST.
5. COMBINE CHEESE, MILK AND EGG IN A SMALL BOWL. MIX THOROUGHLY
SPREAD THIS MIXTURE OVER THE MEAT MIXTURE.
6. COVER THE PIE CRUST EDGES WITH FOIL TO PREVENT OVER-BROWNING
BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES BEFORE REMOVING THE FOIL. BAKE FOR
ANOTHER 15 MINUTES.
7. ALLOW TO COOL FOR A FEW MOMENTS BEFORE SERVICE.
