1 Rotisserie chicken, deboned and diced
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 can team of chicken soup
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 t. poppy seeds
1 sleeve ritz crackers (about 1 cup crushed)
1/2 cupo melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, add chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, parmesan cheese, and poppy seeds. Mix until blended. Spread in 2 quart casserole or 9x9 inch pan.
Crush ritz cracker and melted butter and toss to coat in butter. Sprinkle of top of chicken mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
