1 frozen pie shell
3 tomatoes cubed
¾ cup of mayonnaise
5 T chopped bell pepper
5 T chopped onion
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1 t Italian seasoning
6 bacon strips cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie shell for 10 minutes and let cool. Drain tomatoes and put them in the bottom of the pie shell. Mix all other ingredients and put on top of tomatoes. Put bacon on top (crumbled). Bake at 375º for 30 minutes. Lynn and Kathy - Roy and Melisa graduated from MCHS together. Roy is Lynn's younger brother.
