1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/4 t. cayenne
1 t. vinegar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dip regular or thick sliced bacon in mix of ingredients. Roll in fine cracker crumbs. Place in 9X13 pan and bake 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
