1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL
1 1/2 POUNDS SIRLOIN STEAK CUT INTO BITE SIZE PIECES
CAN USE STRIP LOIN, TENDERLOIN, STRIP STEAK OR RIB EYE
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1/2 TEASPOON PEPPER
2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
4 CLOVES OF GARLIC MINCED
1/4 TEASPOON SEASONING SALTS

1. HEAT UP THE OIL IN A SKILLET AND PUT IN STEAK, MAKING SURE TO
SEASON IT HEAVILY WITH SALT, PEPPER, SEASONING SALTS.
2. COOK THE PIECES OF STEAK FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES MIXING, CONTINUE
TO STIR AND TURN MEAT TO REACH YOUR DESIRED LEVEL OF DONENESS.
DO NOT OVER COOK, MEAT WILL CONTINUE TO COOK FOR SEVERAL
MOMENTS AFTER REMOVED FROM HEAT.
3. REMOVE THE STEAK TO A PLATE AND TENT IT WITH ALUMINUM FOIL. TURN
THE HEAT TO LOW AND MELT THE BUTTER, USING SAME SKILLET TO KEEP
THE FLAVOR. ADD THE GARLIC TO THE MELTED BUTTER, COOKING FOR
ABOUT 30-45 SECONDS OR UNTIL GARLIC STARTS TO BROWN.
4. DIRECTLY POUR THE GARLIC BUTTER OVER THE STEAK BITES AND TOSS IT
ALL TOGETHER.

SERVE WITH POTATOES OR NOODLES OR RICE.
