1 lb Italian sausage
2 celery stalks diced
2 carrots diced
1 small onion diced
1 T fresh rosemary chopped
1 T fresh thyme
1 t dried oregano
1-2 t salt
1/2 t garlic powder
48 oz chicken bone broth
2 T tomato paste
14 oz diced tomatoes
8-12 oz cassava elbow pasta
1 c fresh spinach rough chop

Cook sausage in Dutch oven med heat. Remove sausage and set aside. Cook celery, carrots, onion for 5 min. Add herbs and seasonings and cook another 5 min.
Add broth, tomato paste and sauce. Bring to boil. Once boiling, add pasta and cook for 13-15 min, al dente.
Reduce heat and add cooked sausage and spinach. Cook for about 3 min.
Top with black pepper.
