1/2 lb. bacon
3 1/2 cups potatoes, cooked & cubed
1 onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons bacon drippings
Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp, reserve 3 tablespoons drippings. Combine with the potatoes and onion. Mix all other ingredients in a pan and heat thoroughly, stirring constantly. Pour over potato mixture and mix well.
