Ingredients:
Ingredients:
12 Hot dogs
2 eggs separated
1 cup egg whites
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
3 hefty tablespoons egg white protein powder
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon of xanthan gum
2 hefty teaspoons confectioners Swerve
Dash of salt

*Optional toppings
Sesame seeds
Melted butter
Shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F
Start by baking your hotdogs on a lined baking tray.
While hotdogs are cooking start on your bread mixture.
Separate two eggs from their yolks and whites.
Add egg whites to your mixing bowl and one cup of liquid egg whites.
Start your mixer and add one teaspoon of cream of tartar.
Once mixture has started to whiten add your egg white protein powder 1 tablespoon at a time.
Next add your nutritional yeast while it’s still mixing.
Then your xanthan gum, swerve and salt.
Continue mixing until stiff peaks are formed. This took me about 4 minutes.
Pull cooked hotdogs from the oven and mound out bread mixture on top of hot dogs. Make sure to leave the ends of the hotdogs not covered or if you’d like you can cover them.
Once covered please back in the oven and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
Pull hot dogs out at 15 minutes, brush with melted butter and add additional toppings (shredded cheese) if desired and place back in The oven for an additional 5 minutes.
When hotdogs are done my cut up and enjoy with your desire toppings.

Personal Notes: She made Breadsticks by putting leftover batter into a small rectangle pan, baked, brushed with garlic butter and sprinkle with shredded cheese and returned to oven about 5 minutes to melt cheese.
