1 package spinach
1 package almonds, slivered
2 pints strawberries, sliced

1/3 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. minced onion
1 cup oil
1 tbsp. poppyseeds

Wash and drain spinach. Combine with almonds and strawberries. Mix together ingredients for dressing. Add the dressing just before serving.
