⅔ Cup Sugar
¼ Cup all-purpose Flour
Pinch of Salt
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup unsalted Butter, softened
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan whisk together sugar, flour and salt. Slowly whisk in milk and cook over medium heat for 10 mins, whisking constantly, until mixture boils and is consistancy of pudding. Pour into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap directly on top. Cool completely. Put butter in a large bowl and beat until smooth. Add the cooled mixture 1 tbsp at a time and beat thoroughly before adding more. This should take about 5 minutes to beat it all in. Add vanilla then beat on high 2 mins.
Use right away or refrigerate up to 3 days. May also be frozen up to 6 months.
