1 c. fruit pulp ie.- chokecherry, cherry, apple, grape, peach, or what every pulp remain from making jelly run remaining fruit in cheese cloth after dripping, through a food mill
1 c. Cream
1 c. Sugar
2 Tbp. Flour
Dash salt
Dash cinnamon
Prepared pastry crust or graham cracker crust -cooled

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon in a medium saucepan. Add pulp and cream, whisk together and cook until thick and bubbly. Cool slightly and pour into prepared crust. Cool completely and serve.

(Freezing fruit pulp for later use- Add 1/4 cup sugar to the cup of pulp and freeze in freezer bag. Be sure to subtract 1/4 cup sugar when making pie.)
