1 cup DF milk
1 medium carrot, finely shredded
½ cup old fashioned oats
¼ cup raisins
1 tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp ginger
½ tsp vanilla
1 egg, scrambled
1 TB agave syrup
¼ cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk, raisins, carrots in small pot.
Once it starts to simmer stir in oats and spices.
Cook for about a minute.
Remove from heat.
Stir in egg while off heat and stir continually until egg is incorporated.
Put back on heat and stir until thick and creamy.
Stir in agave.
Top with pecans.
