2 Beef bouillon cubes
¼ tsp marjoram
¼ tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
6 carrots, cut into 2-3 pieces each
2 potatoes, pealed and cut into 6-8 pieces each
water
oil
beef cut into ½ inch cubes
corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large pot.
Sear beef cubes on all sides.
Add bullion, seasonings, carrots, potatoes.
Add enough water to cover.
Simmer until veggies are tender, about an hour.
Remove veggies.
Simmer until beef falls apart, adding water as necessary.
Mix a little corn starch with water and stir into stew until thickened.
Add veggies.
