2 Qt water
6 small chicken thighs
1 bay leaf
½ tsp rosemary
½ thyme
10 peppercorns
¼ tsp marjoram
2 carrots
¼ tsp sage

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in large pot.
Simmer for 2 hours.
Remove chicken.
Strain.
Refrigerate.

Optional: after removing chicken, debone and put chicken pieces in a blender. strain the stock and add large pieces to blender. blend. add broth as necessary. stir blended portion into the rest of the broth.
