1 cup FL Margarine
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup egg substitute (or 1 egg)
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/3 cups unsifted flour
2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together marg. & sugar

Add egg-extracts.

Combine flour and baking powder-stir into margarine mixture

Shape into 1 inch balls.

Place on greased cookie sheet.

Flatted with glass that has been dipped in sugar.

Bake 350º 8-10 minutes-brown around edges.

I refrigerate dough overnight. Easier to work with.
