1c Butter
1/2c Sugar
2 egg yolks
3c unsifted flour
2 egg whites, slightly beate
1c chopped walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy add the egg yolks and beat until color becomes lighter. Add vanilla. Mix in flour. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Dip in egg white and roll in nuts. With a thimble press the center. Bake for 18 minutes. Cool. Place dot of jelly in center.
