1 egg, beaten
1 large can of pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
2 Tablespoons sugar
Juice from pineapple
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 Cup Miracle Whip, approx.
1-1/2 Cup mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Use juice, 2 T. sugar, 1 T. cornstarch and mix with egg until thoroughly dissolved. Heat until thickened and set aside to cool.
When cool, add Miracle Whip to make smooth, creamy custard-like sauce. Fold in drained pineapple and marshmallows, Chill and serve.
