1¼ Cups Flour
3 Tbsp Cornstarch
½ tsp Baking Soda
¼ tsp Salt
1½ Cups Sugar
3 Sticks Unsalted Butter
3 Eggs
½ Cup Sour Cream, room temp.
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 lb Powered Sugar, sifted
1 lemon
3-6 oz pints fresh blueberries

Preheat oven to 350º Spray 2- 8" pan, line with parchment, then coat parchment. Whisk together dry ingredients. Beat 1 stick of butter and sugar until smooth and creamy, about 3 minutes. Add eggs one at a time on medium. Add sour cream and vanilla just til combined. Add the flour, mixing on low until all blended. Bake 27-30 mins. Let cool in pan 10 mins, then turn out on racks to cool completely. Make frosting from cream cheese and powdered sugar and 2 sticks of butter. Make zest from lemon and squeeze 2 tbsp juice. Cut each cake in half making 4 layers. Spread ¼ frosting on a layer, sprinkle with ¼ of the blueberries. Repeat ending with frosting and blueberries on top. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving
