2 sleeves honey graham crackers
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 t vanilla extract
1½ cups chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Place the graham crackers all over the surface area of the pan, breaking them apart to fill in gaps. In a pan, mix together the butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in the vanilla extract and chopped pecans. Pour the hot mixture over the graham crackers. Spread evenly to coat crackers. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow the bark to cool and break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
