2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 can of pinto beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 can Mexican style diced tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 envelope dry Ranch dressing mix
3 cups beef broth
Shredded cheese
chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a soup pot, combine the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook and crumble the beef until it is no longer pink. Drain grease. Rinse and drain the beans and add to pot. Add tomatoes, seasonings, and broth. Simmer for about an hour. Serve with cheese and chips.
