3/4 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup light corn syrup
1/2 light cream
2 T butter
1 tsp vanilla


Directions:
Directions:
In a 3 quart saucepan, stir together cocoa, sugar, corn syrup, cream, butter and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Boil 5 minutes, stirring several times. Remove from heat then stir in vanilla. Serve hot or at room temp. Tightly cover left over sauce and store in the refrigerator. Before serving, reheat gently.
