8 large chicken breasts
1 lb. green seedless grapes, halved
1/2 lb. broken pecans
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons sugar
Salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and celery leaves. Remove chicken from broth and let set 15 minutes to cool. Dice into bite size pieces. Add grapes, celery, nuts, pineapple, sugar, sour cream and Miracle Whip. Toss and chill before serving on lettuce leaf.

This is very nice served with nut bread or Muffins. I’ve used both red and green grapes or a combination of the two. Jeff and Mother loved this.
