1½ cups brown sugar
½ cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup sour milk (2 Tbsps. vinegar, 1 cup milk)
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2¼ cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 generous cups rhubarb, chopped fine

Topping:
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream brown sugar and butter, add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Add sour milk, soda, salt and flour. Stir in rhubarb. Pour into 9 x 13" greased and floured pan. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on batter.
Bake at 350ºF oven for 45 minutes. Add a scoop of ice cream and listen to the accolades!
