1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. margarine (1 1/2 sticks), melted
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts, walnuts or pecans
50 melted caramels plus 1/3 c. evaporated milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the dry cake mix, evaporated milk and melted margarine. Spread 1/2 of this mixture in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Melt the caramels with 1/3 c. of evaporated milk. Sprinkle the chocolate chips, pecans and melted caramels over the top of the baked mixture. Drop remaining mixture over top and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
