1 T. oil
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
Food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, cream of tartar and salt. Bring the water to a boil and add oil and food coloring. Combine with the flour mixture and stir together. Store in and airtight container or ziplock bag.
