2 T butter
1 med onion fine chop
2 garlic cloves minced
Salt and pepper
3 celery ribs fine chop
2 bell pepper fine chop
1/2 c chicken broth
28 oz crushed tomatoes
2 t Worcestershire
2 t hot sauce plus for serving
3/4 t Aleppo pepper
1 lb lg shrimp shelled and deveined
Rice or cauli rice for serving
Sliced scallions and lemon wedges for serving

Lg saucepan melt butter. Add onion and garlic and salt and pepper. Cook over mod heat about 5 min. Add celery and peppers and cook about 7 min. Pour in broth and tomatoes and Worcestershire and hot sauce and Aleppo. Bring to boil then reduce to simmer until sauce thickened and peppers very soft, about 15 min more.
Stir in shrimp and cook until just pink about 2-3 min. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve over rice and top with scallion. Pass lemon wedges and hot sauce.
