½ oz. yeast
⅓ cup sugar
½ cup milk, nonfat
1 large egg
2 t. butter
½ tsp. cinnamon
2½ cups bread flour
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. salt

Glaze:
½ cup sugar
1 T. cinnamon

Egg Wash:
2 T. milk
1 egg yolk

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixer, add the yeast, ½ cup sugar and ½ cup milk. In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients, butter cinnamon, flour, nutmeg, salt and ⅓ cup sugar. Add one egg to the mixer, then add in all the dry ingredients and mix until it forms a ball. Set aside and let double in size. When the dough is ready, place on the counter and roll out to 1-inch thickness. With round cutters make doughnuts. Place in the Fry Basket. Mix egg yolk and 2 tablespoons, milk to make egg wash. Brush the doughnuts with egg wash. Place the Fry Basket into the AirFryer. Press the Bake Icon and adjust cooking time to 16 minutes at 310º. Turn the doughnuts over half way into cooking. Mix ½ cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. While doughnuts are still warm, dip into mixture.
