8 oz. spaghetti
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
¼ t. salt
⅛ t. pepper
1 can (15oz) vegetarian chili with beans
1 can (14.5oz) Italian style stewed tomatoes undrained
1½ c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese divided
½ c. sour cream
1½ t. chili powder
¼ t. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray.
Cook pasta and drain. Set aside in big bowl. Brown beef and onion, drain. Stir in chili, tomatoes with juice, 1 cup cheese, sour cream, chili powder and garlic powder into beef. Add mixture to pasta and transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup cheese. Cover with foil and bake 30 min or until hot and bubbly.
