1 ½ cup heavy cream
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups milk chocolate chips or semi sweet chocolate chips
6 cups milk (recommend whole milk)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:

Cook on low 2 hours.
Stirring occasionally.
Stir before serving.
