2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup mashed bananas
½ cup sugar
1 beaten egg
¼ cup oil
1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add nuts.
Combine remaining ingredients and stir only until flour moistened. Pour into greased bread tin (9x5).
Bake for 1 hour.
