1 cup sugar (½ cup brown sugar and ½ cup granulated sugar)
½ cup butter, softened
3 bananas, mashed
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup milk
1 cup chopped nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and bananas and mix thoroughly.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Add 1 cup chopped nuts,if desired.
Poor into well greased bread tin.
Bake for one hour.

Found a large selection of banana bread recipes at once. This is the one I usually default to. My dad and I would make lots of banana bread together. Our neighbor supplied us with many bananas.
