1 box Angel Food Cake Mix
12 oz Can Crushed Pineapple
1 Cup Coconut, divided
1 tsp Rum Extract
Cool Whip
Maraschino Cherries to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Grease and flour a 9x13 pan. In a large bowl combine cake mix, pineapple with juice, ½ cup coconut and rum. Beat until well combined. Pour into pan and bake 28-35 minutes until top is golden brown. When cool, top with cool whip then sprinkle with remaining coconut. Garnish with cherries.
