3-12oz pkg White Chocolate Chips
2 Cans Sweetened Condensed Milk
Red, Yellow and Green Food Color
½ tsp Almond Extract
1 Tbsp Coconut Extract
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
128 Jelly Beans

Directions:
Directions:
Line an 8" square pan with foil then coat with cooking spray. In a large pot, combine chocolate chips and milk. Cook over low heat until melted and smooth. Transfer ⅓ to a bowl and mix in green food color and almond extract. Spread evenly in pan and refrigerate for 10 minutes until firm. Transfer half of remaining chocolate to a bowl and add red food coloring and coconut extract. Spread gently over the green layer. Refrigerate until firm, about 20 minutes. To the remaining chocolate, add a drop or two of yellow color and vanilla extract. Spread on top and refrigerate 10 minutes. Lightly score fudge into 8x8 pieces. Press 2 jelly beans into each square. Cover and refrigerate until set, about 3 or 4 hours. Lift fudge from pan using foil. Cut into squares.
