8 onions diced or ¾ bag diced onion
12 bunches of celery
8 peppers diced or ½ bag diced
1 bags carrots (20 lbs)
3 can greens beans
2 bags fresh diced potatoes
3 cans diced tomatoes
¾ cup sugar
3 tbsp. white pepper
4 tbsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. basil
3 tbsp. oregano
3 tbsp. Tabasco Sauce
¾ cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 Boxes diced tenderized meat
Use ½ Lb. Chicken Base and 2 Lbs. Beef base. (Weigh bases out on scale).

Cook Large Kettle for 2 hours on medium high until veggies are tender and meat is done.
