Tart Dough

½ Cup Butter
3-oz Cream Cheese
1 Cup Flour

Directions:

Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add flour and mix until it forms a soft dough. Cover and chill at least an hour or overnight. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place in mini muffin pan. Dip the tart shaper in flour then press into each ball to form shells. Fill then bake.
 

Pecan Filling


Ingredients:

2 Tbsp Butter, melted
¾ Cup Brown Sugar, packed
1 egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1½ Cups Pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Fill tart shells with the mixture .Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely then dust with powdered sugar if desired.
