1 lb. ground beef
1 c. milk
¾ c. oats
1 egg
1 Tbs. chopped dry onion
pepper to taste

1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
3. Press firmly into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour.
