1 lb. pkg. elbow macaroni
1 stick plus 1 Tbs. butter
salt and pepper to taste
½ c. plus 1 Tbs. flour
3 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Cook elbow noodles according to package.
2. While noodles are boiling, melt butter in a medium sauce pan. Once melted, add salt, pepper, and flour, stirring constantly over medium heat.
3. When combined, slowly stir in milk until thickened. When thickened add grated cheddar cheese, stir until cheese is melted.
4. Drain pasta. Mix with cheese sauce and add to baking dish.
5. Sprinkle top of dish with cheese. Bake until cheese on the top is melted.
