2½ lbs. beef stew meat
¼ c. dry rub garlic and classic herb
1 bag mini red potatoes
8 garlic gloves
2 c. beef broth
½ c. zesty Italian dressing
1 small bag baby carrots
⅓ c. flour
⅓ c. water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Toss meat with dry rub. Place in crockpot that's sprayed with cooking spray.
2. Add all ingredients EXCEPT flour and water. Stir gently, cover with lid.
3. Cook on low for 8 to 9 hours, or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
4. After cook time, mix flour and water in a small bowl. Then add it to the crockpot and mix well.
5. Cook covered on high for 15 minutes, or until sauce is slightly thickened.
