2 tsp. olive oil
12 garlic gloves
2 lbs. beef stew meat
1 c. red wine
2 c. chopped carrots
1½ c. onion, chopped
½ c. beef broth
1 Tbs. tomato paste
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. thyme
dash of cloves
1 (14.5-oz.) can petite diced tomatoes
1 bay leaf
cooked egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown stew meat in skillet with garlic and onion. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Once meat is browned add it to greased crockpot. Add all other ingredients EXCEPT egg noodles.
3. Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours. Serve over egg noodles.
