4-6 bell pepper, any color
⅓ c. onion, diced
1 clove chopped garlic
1 lb. ground beef
1½ c. cooked rice
1 small can chopped tomatoes
1 tsp. oregano

Topping
½ c. ketchup
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tobasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cut the top off of each pepper, clean out the seed. Submerge the peppers in the water and boil for about 3 minutes. Drain the peppers and let them cool.
2. Meanwhile, brown the ground beef with garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Drain the grease then add to a large bowl with cooked rice and tomatoes. Mix well and fill peppers.
3. In a small bowl mix topping ingredients and spread on top of each pepper.
4. Put peppers in a baking dish with about an inch of water. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes.
