1 lb. ground beef
½ lb. ground sausage
¼ c. onion, diced
½ tsp. minced garlic
½ c. ground or finely crushed pork rinds
2 eggs
1 Tbs. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. mustard powder
1 tsp. liquid aminos or soy sauce
8 oz. cream cheese
2 jalapenos, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º. Mix all ingredients EXCEPT cream cheese and chopped jalapenos.
2. Put half the meat mixture in the bottom of a greased loaf pan. Spread block of cream cheese over the meat, then sprinkle the chopped jalapeno's over the cream cheese. Add the remainder of the meat.
3. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
