2 cp shortening
6 cp flour
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
½ cp cold water
1 pkg dry yeast
¼ cp warm water
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cut shortening into flour, salt and sugar. Add cold water gradually. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to mixture. Add eggs beating after each addition into mixture. Refrigerate for several hours. Roll dough ¼ inch thick and cut into circles the size of a saucer. Place heaping Tbsp of pineapple filling on half of circle. Fold over pinching edges together.
Bake in 350º oven on greased baking sheet for 10 minutes or until lightly brown.

1 cup sugar
5 Tbsp cornstarch
¼ cup water

Mix all ingredients and bring to boil. Set aside to cool.
