1 lb. sausage
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 c. mozzerella cheese
6 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
½ Vidalia onion, finely chopped
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Brown sausage, drain grease.
3. In a bowl whisk eggs then add seasonings, cheese and onion. Blend in sausage.
4. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until firm.
