4 ears corn, cut off & scrapped
1 t sugar
¼ cup of butter
½ t pepper
⅓ to ½ cup whip cream
½ t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off corn & mix with sugar-chill for 1 hour.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add corn and cook for 1 minute. Stir in pepper. Gradually add whip cream stirring constantly. Cook uncovered, over medium heat 10-12 minutes or until liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently. Stir in salt
