6 med. baking potatoes
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. chili powder
1 pkg. taco seasoning
3/4 c. water
1 can (15 oz.) refried beans
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes in a microwave or conventional oven. Brown hamburger, drain. Add onion, chili powder, taco seasonings and water. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Heat refried beans in microwave. Slice baked potatoes open. Spoon taco filling into each; top with 1-2 T. beans and sprinkle with cheese. Microwave for 1 minute. Top with sour cream.
