1 medium ripe Banana, mashed or diced
1 1/4 cups Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Rolled Oats
10 Strawberries, diced small

Directions:
Directions:
Add banana, almond milk and Greek yogurt to a medium bowl and stir until well combined and creamy. Stir in oats, strawberries and vanilla. Cover and place in fridge overnight. Once ready to serve, stir well and separate into 2-4 servings. Top with bananas and strawberries, if desired.

Optional: top with almond butter or chia seeds for crunch.

Alternatives: For apple cinnamon overnight oats, replace strawberries and banana with a medium apple diced small and 1 tsp cinnamon.
