Fish:
Fish taco packet from Publix
1 lb Fish
2 Tbsp vegetable oil


Slaw:
1 cup mayo
¼ cup lime juice
2 tsp sugar
½ tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper
16 oz bag per-shredded coleslaw mix

For serving:
Street taco tortillas
lime
cheese (Mexican or feta)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix packet contents with 1/4 cup warm water in a bowl. Stir until completely dissolved
2. Place fish in sealable bag. Add vegetable oil and coat fish thoroughly. Add taco marinade and coat fish again
3. In a large skillet, thoroughly cook marinated fish.
4. Mix the slaw ingredients to create a dressing and then mix with the bag of coleslaw
5. Assemble on the taco shells with cheese. Squeeze a lime on fish before serving.
