1 lb. ground lean meat
4-5 potatoes, peeled n' quartered
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2c. chopped green bell peppers
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 egg
1T. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
salt n' pepper to taste
Savoie Roux
water or chicken broth
cooked rice

1. Add 4c. liquid to medium pot.
add 4T. roux, low heat. Break up roux so it dissolves faster. stir often.
2. In the meantime season ground meat, add egg and worcestershire sauce and bread crumbs. mix well. shape into balls
spray microwave safe dish, add meatballs.
cook high 5 your roux dissolves, season to you liking, may have to add more liquid or more roux, it supposed to be a tad bit thick , but still runny.
Serve over rice
