1 lb. ground pork sausage
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 C baking mix (like Bisquick)
2 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
¼ tsp. black pepper, or cayenne pepper
parsley, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat air fryer to 370º

Combine all ingredients, roll into 1 inch balls. Place in basket or on rack. (you may need to work in batches)

Cook for 6 minutes, or until browned,

Serve warm and garnish with parsley if desired,
