3 c. of chopped rhubarb
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. Sugar
2 eggs
2 rounded tbsp. flour
6-8 strawberries (optional)
Unbaked pie shell
Ice cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Place all ingredients except shell and ice cream in blender and blend until smooth.
3. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
4. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
5. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
